Well, election day is here! Please be sure to vote today because the future of our community depends on it. It has been a campaign like no other in my memory but one I have really enjoyed. There are so many of you to thank for your kind and generous support, from taking my election sign, to donations, to messages of good wishes and to scores of residents who have helped me in so many ways. There are too many of you to thank in this post, but please know that I am grateful for your confidence in me as a candidate. Win or lose, please know that it has been a privilege for me to participate once again in making a meaningful contribution of community service to the future of Oak Bay.
If you haven’t already voted in the Advance Polls, the most important thing is that you get out and vote today, at either the Monterey Centre or the Henderson Rec Centre, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Results will start coming in tonight after 8:30 so please visit the District of Oak Bay’s website to view the results. Again, thank you for all you have done to support my campaign. It has been a wonderful experience for me and for my family and friends.
Onward!
