You will remember that Oak Bay was asked to participate in the annual Greater Victoria Flower Count Launch Mayors’ flower arranging challenge. Mayor Nils Jensen could not attend and I posted this story a week or so ago. I thought you might like to see Councillor Murdoch’s and my “blooming” effort to compete.
